First impressions, a very large glass building set up on a hill with views to rolling valley below. Seems very quite and peaceful with a large parking lot out side. Plan to drive for an hour or so on small twisty roads once getting of the main roads. It is remotely located up in the rolling hills near to the Chek border. Ich habe sehr spontan gebucht und gleich darauf angerufen dass ich etwas später kommen werde. Hier wurde ich schon freundlich gefragt ob sie das Essen für mich warm halten sollen. Beim Check-In waren alle sehr freundlich und mir wurde erklärt wie das hier abläuft im Hotel. Ich machte noch Sport und später ging ich an die Bar zu den anderen Gästen und unterhielt mich prächtig. Die Bezahlung dort erfolgte ganz unkompliziert auf das Zimmer. Am nächste Tag nutzte ich das Angebot im Spa- und Poolbereich. Am Abend gabs dann ein gemeinsames Essen - wirklich erste Klasse. Und später war noch die Disco geöffnet. Es ist ein super Konzept für Alleinreisende. Ich habe die Salsa-Woche gebucht. Ich wollte Erholung, Wellness, Sport, Spaß beim Salsatanzen und Kommunikation mit lieben Leuten - und all das habe ich in dieser Woche vorgefunden. Man kann sowohl seine Ruhe finden, als auch mit lieben Menschen zusammenkommen. Schon wenn man das Hotel betrifft, spürt man eine herzliche angenehme Atmosphäre. Im ganzen Haus sieht man die Liebe zum Detail Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, umgeben mit viel Natur. Aber im Hotel findet man alles, was man braucht. Man muss gar nicht weg. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, mit herrlichem Ausblick und bequemen Betten. Ebenfalls der Wellnessbereich mit den vielen tollen Massageangeboten sind super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer sind sehr sauber, auch der Service war professionell. Frühstück, Nachmittagssnack, und das kommunikative 6-Gänge Abendessen - alles bestens. Schön aviva hotel auch, dass immer Obst im Hotel zur Verfügung steht, auch die Teebar im Wellnessbereich sehr ansprechend. Es ist alles, wie auf der Homepage bzw. Viele tolle Kursangebote, abends Musik und Tanz. Ich werde sicher dieses Hotel sehr gerne wieder buchen mit Salsa und kann es jedem Alleinreisenden Single empfehlen. Die gesamte Anlage ist in sich stimmig und gut organisiert. Insgesamt hat mir der Aufenthalt wirklich gut gefallen. Gerade beim Abendessen setzt man sich einfach an irgend einen Tisch dazu und kommt ins Gespräch und kann dann auch den Rest aviva hotel Abends noch mit Leuten verbringen,die man vorher nicht kannte und gerade erst beim Abendessen kennengelernt hat. Das mag dem einen oder anderen wie Jammern auf hohem Niveau vorkommen, aber gewisse Erwartungen habe ich schon an ein Hotel. Das Erste was mir unangenehm auffiel war die fehlende Klimaanlage. Die Zimmer liegen alle südseitig und da knallt den ganzen Tag die Sonne rein. Abends hat es dann 35 Grad im Zimmer und ohne Klimaanlage ist das kein Vergnügen. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, wann ich zuletzt in einem Hotel ohne Klimaanlage übernachtet habe. Die Dusche hat nicht so gut funktioniert. Beim Aufdrehen ist gleich einmal die Hälfte des Wassers an der Verbindung zwischen Schlauch und Duschkopf ausgetreten. Habe das dann mit der Hand festgeschraubt und dann gings. Auch war es nicht möglich, eine konstante Wassertemerpatur zu erreichen. Wechselbäder sind zwar gut für den Kreislauf aber ich möchte schon selbst entscheiden, wann ich welche mache. Der Aviva hotel hat nicht funktioniert, ging ständig an und aus. Habe ihn dann aber einfach abgestellt denn bei einem derartigen Aufenthalt benötige ich keinen Fernseher. Trotzdem muss man sagen, dass Dinge wie ein nicht funktionierender Fernseher und Wasseraustritt bei der Dusche doch auffallen müssen wenn das Zimmer kontrolliert wird bevor man es als Bezugsfertig deklariert. Dann wollte ich gerne mein Notebook Microsoft Surface - wirklich klein in den Safe sperren. Ging nicht denn der Safe ist so klein dass gerade einmal eine Aviva hotel und ein Handy reinpassen. Auch das ist mir noch in keinem Hotel passiert, vom Budget-Hotels in denen es überhaupt keinen Safe gibt einmal abgesehen. Doch nun wieder zu etwas Positivem. Der Grillabend am Donnerstag mit All-You-Can-Eat-Buffet stach für mich nochmal positiv heraus. Beim normalen mehrgängigen Abendessen dauert alles recht lange bis man den nächsten Gang serviert, aber das ist wohl auch gewollt denn das Abendessen ist zugleich ein soziales Ereignis und man soll ja mit den Leuten plaudern. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut nur die sehr kleinen Tassen und Gläser fand ich etwas nervig. Da muss man ständig aufstehen und sich noch etwas holen. Bis auf diese paar Details war es aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und ich bin voll auf meine Kosten gekommen.
